- Outside these times, you can leave a message via the website.
- For administrative questions, please leave a message by phone or request to be called back.
- Outside our opening hours the practice cannot be reached. Only in cases of emergency can you contact the GP station (HAP).
- To use the patient portal and chat function, a personal account required. To comply with applicable privacy laws and other legal requirements, this account must be linked to a Dutch mobile phone number (06 number) and a personal email address.
- Do you not yet have an account for the patient portal? If so, we advise you to activate it as soon as possible so that you can easily use our digital services.
